After being locked out of my home I called numerous locksmith companies. Mr Locksmith was my first and my last call. I initially thought they were expensive, but after calling around they offered the best rate.
My quote had taxes included, a firm response time and a guarantee of no extra fees. Five other companies couldn’t offer me that.
Twenty minutes later (this was on a Saturday night) a locksmith arrived and had me inside within ten minutes. Very friendly, very helpful and easily answered any questions that I had about the process.
No damage was done to my lock – only my pride. An expensive mistake to forget my keys but I’m happy that Mr. Locksmith was available to bring me a no-surprises solution.
